Our Gym Space...

The training facility is split over 2 floors with the main gym on the ground floor of the unit and a smaller gym on the upstairs mezzanine. The therapy room is also upstairs.

There is a toilet, shower and kitchenette on the ground floor with a small changing room attached.

The equipment is world class

and includes the following:

• Olympic weight lifting: platforms, bars and bumper plates

• Power racks, half racks and squat racks

• Dumbbells from light to very heavy

• Climbing ropes, Olympic rings, TRX, battling ropes, ropes, bungees and straps

• Chinning / pull up / muscle up frames

• Various specialist bars and handles

• Usual gym equipment: lat pull down, dips stations, benches, leg press, calf raise block etc

• CV type machines: concept 2 rowers, tread mill, spinning bike

• Strong man equipment: logs, prowler, sled, farmers walks, thick ropes, axle bar, tyres, bands, chains, eccentric de-loading hooks

• Kettle bells from 8-32 kg

• Indoor 16 metre astro running / sled track

• Posterior chain benches: glute-ham raise, reverse hyper, back extension

• Boxes, reebox step ups, lifting blocks

• Grip strengthening devices, fat grips

• Boxing bag, gloves, ab shield, neck harness

• Med balls, swissballs, wobble boards, SAQ kit, power bag

• Duel bar grappler

• adjustable high to low hurdles

There is also ample floor space to allow freedom of movement and multi directional activity. The gym is completely matted so that robust lifting can be done anywhere.

Personal Trainers and coaches can have full 24 hour access if required.
