Our Therapy Room ...

There is a purpose built therapy room upstairs with a desk and massage couch provided. The upstairs gym (mezzanine) can be used for rehab exercise teaching and practice which is included with the room.

There is ample rehab / prehab equipment available as well as the use of all the kit in both gym spaces:

• Bands

• Cables

• Wobble boards

• Mats

• Steps

• Hyper / reverse hyper

• Bike

• Tread mill

• Rower

• Foam rollers

• Soft tissue / massage devices

• Various weight poles

Therapists / Physios / Personal Trainers can have full 24 hour access if required. See hire rates on the home page.
